Vince, the contemporary sportswear firm, had to postpone its fall showing in Paris due to “an unforeseen operational issue with getting samples to the Paris showroom to present on March 11th,” according to a spokeswoman. The company plans to reschedule the showing for early April, said the spokeswoman. In January, Brendan Hoffman returned to the brand not just as chief executive officer, but also as an owner. Hoffman and CaaStle CEO Christine Hunsicker, who started P180 last year, bought majority control of Vince from Sun Capital. Hoffman and Hunsicker seek to put a new model to work at the brand, driving margins by alleviating the potential impact of markdowns with a rental option, as reported. You May Also Like In May 2023, Authentic Brands Group bought 75 percent of Vince’s intellectual property. Vince became ABG’s licensing partner for the brand’s core categories. Vince logged sales of $292.9 million in 2023 and expects to report a low-single-digit top-line decrease on that for 2024 — still making Vince about 95 percent of P180’s business going forward.  Vince operates 47 full-price retail stores, 14 outlet stores and its e-commerce site, vince.com and through its subscription service Vince Unfold, vinceunfold.com, operated by CaaStle, as well as through premium wholesale channels globally.
